Refund Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your plan at any time from "Manage plan". You won't be charged again, and you keep your words until the end of the month you already paid for.

Words are only used for finished texts

If a text can't be finished, no words are taken from your balance.

Refunds

Monthly payments are generally not refunded for partly used months. If you were charged by mistake, or something went wrong with the service, write to texttoaster@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right. Where the law gives you a right to a refund or a cooling-off period, we honour it.

Payments are handled by Stripe's Link service as the seller of record (your receipt says "Sold through Link"). You can also manage your subscription and ask for a refund through Link, which may issue refunds under its own policies.
